Is TeamPrompt free to use?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 3 members, 25 prompts, and core features like the browser extension. Paid plans unlock higher limits and advanced features like data protection, analytics, and compliance packs.
Which AI tools does the browser extension support?
ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity. The extension lets you insert prompts directly into any of these tools with one click and scans outbound messages for sensitive data.
Can I use TeamPrompt without the browser extension?
Absolutely. The web app works on its own for managing prompts, guidelines, and team settings. The extension adds the convenience of prompt insertion and real-time DLP scanning directly inside AI tools.
How does DLP scanning protect my data?
When you press Enter in a supported AI tool, the extension intercepts the message and checks it against your workspace's security rules. If sensitive patterns are detected (API keys, credentials, PII), the message is blocked or flagged with a warning — before it ever reaches the AI model.

Can I import and export prompts?
Yes. Use the Import/Export page to upload prompts from JSON or CSV files, or export your entire prompt library for backup and migration.
