How do I insert prompts into AI tools?

Open any supported AI tool. Click the TeamPrompt extension icon (or open the side panel). Browse or search your prompts. Click "Insert" to place the prompt directly into the AI tool's input field. For templates, fill in the variable fields first, then insert.
