How do I use the approval queue?

The Approval Queue (accessible from the sidebar for Admins and Managers) is a dedicated dashboard showing all pending items that need review — including submitted prompts and suggested security rules. Each item shows the author, submission date, and content preview. You can approve or reject with one click, and optionally add feedback. The sidebar badge shows the current count of pending items so you always know when reviews are waiting.
