How do I connect Google Workspace to sync my directory?

Go to Settings → Organization → Integrations and click "Connect" on the Google Workspace card. You'll be redirected to Google to authorize TeamPrompt to read your directory (users and groups). After authorizing, you're redirected back and the card shows "Connected" with the admin email used. Click "Sync Now" to fetch your directory. TeamPrompt pulls all active users (up to 2,000) and groups, filters out anyone who's already a member, and opens the bulk import preview so you can review and send invites. You can sync as often as you like — only new users appear each time. To disconnect, click the unplug icon on the Google Workspace card. This revokes the token and removes the connection. Already-synced members are not affected.
