What is domain-based auto-join?

Domain-based auto-join lets new users automatically join your organization when they sign up with a matching email domain. For example, if your org domain is "acme.com" and auto-join is enabled, anyone who signs up with an @acme.com email will be added as a member automatically — no invite needed. To enable it: go to Settings → Organization, set your domain in the Organization Details card, then toggle "Auto-Join by Domain" in the Preferences card. Free email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) are excluded to prevent accidental matches. The user must be in a solo personal workspace to be eligible for auto-join.
