What's the difference between Block and Warn?

Block severity prevents the message from being sent to the AI tool entirely — the extension stops the submission and shows an overlay explaining what was detected. Warn severity shows an alert but lets the user proceed after acknowledging the warning. All violations are logged to the activity log for audit.
