What do the guardrail stats show?

The Security Rules page displays four stat cards at the top: • **Active / Inactive Policies** — how many of your rules are currently enabled vs. disabled. • **Violations** — total violation count with a week-over-week trend indicator showing whether violations are increasing or decreasing. • **Block Rate** — the percentage of violations that resulted in a hard block (vs. warning). • **Top Triggered Rule** — the most frequently triggered rule by name, or a prompt to install packs if no violations exist yet. These stats give admins and managers an at-a-glance view of guardrail effectiveness.
