Where can I see violation history?

All violations are logged automatically. View them on the Activity Log page (under Intelligence in the sidebar), in the Security Rules page's Violations tab, or in the extension's Shield tab. Each entry shows the rule that triggered, the redacted matched text, and the action taken. The Violations table is sortable by date, user, policy, detection type, and action taken.
