What is the difference between metadata-only and full logging?
**Metadata-only mode** (default) records the AI tool used, action taken (sent/blocked/warned), guardrail violations, and timestamp — but does not store the prompt text itself. This is the privacy-first default. **Full logging mode** records everything metadata-only does, plus the complete prompt text (up to 2,000 characters). This is useful for compliance, auditing, or organizations that need a complete record of AI interactions. Admins can switch between modes in Settings → Security → Activity & Privacy. The change takes effect immediately for new interactions — existing log entries are not modified.
