How do notifications work?

TeamPrompt sends in-app notifications for key events: security violations, prompt submissions and approvals, member joins/departures, extension inactivity alerts, and system updates. Access notifications via the bell icon in the header or the full Notifications page. You can: • **Filter by type** — View only security, approval, or extension notifications. • **Bulk select** — Check multiple notifications and mark as read or delete in bulk. • **Mark all read** — Clear all unread badges at once. • **Click to navigate** — Each notification links to the relevant page (e.g., a security violation links to Guardrails). The bell icon shows an unread count badge that updates in real time.
