What guardrail data appears on the dashboard?

For admins and managers, the dashboard shows a Guardrail Activity widget when violations have been recorded. It displays blocks and warnings for the current week, total blocks, number of flagged users, and the top 3 most-triggered rules with severity badges and hit counts. Click the widget to navigate to the full Guardrails page for detailed analysis.
